Central adds eSports; Teams competing well

Central Wyoming College recently added an eSports team.  CWC's Call of Duty "Gunfight" team moved to 5-0 this week after defeating the then-unbeaten Arizona Western College Matadors on Monday, March 8th. The team is composed of Erik Shafer and Rylen Steckelberg. 
 
"We are excited to be competing this semester and feel like 5-0 is only the beginning of what Erik and I are capable of," said Rylen Steckelberg. 
 
The eSports team is being coached by Athletic Trainer, Adam Simon.  Simon stated, "I think that it is awesome that we started this program this semester and have several teams and individuals who are really competing at a high level and winning games."
