Samalie Prom shot a 165 to win her fifth consecutive tournament.  She led the women's golf team to a second place finish in La Junta, Colorado.  Other scores for Central were Kaylee Smith (208), Tara Cottrill (215) and Ariana Curtis (275). 

The men finished in fourth place and were led by Garrett Phillips (149), Kaleb Spiva (151), Cameron Carter (152), Dawson Ritt (154) and Ben Stoinski (163).

 "Sam won her 5th tournament in a row and the men had their lowest two day total yet.  Four of the five men had two rounds in the 70's.  We're getting better each week," said Coach Holgate.

The Rustler's finish the fall season at Lamar Community College on October 12th and 13th.
