The men's and women's golf teams traveled to Otero Junior College over the weekend for a tournament that was cut short due to weather.

Jorden James was the standout for the men's team, finishing with a score of 73 that tied him for 8th place.  Cameron Carter started out rough on the front nine, but came back with a 33 on the back nine for a total of 76.  Christian Hnilicka had his best score of the season with 80.  The men's team finished 4th overall.

On the ladies side, Alexis Cornell and Mason Jacobson finished tied for 1st place with scored of 76.  Teammate, Samalie Prom, finished in third place with a score of 79.  All top 5 female golfers finished in the top 10, as Makayla Waldock shot her best score of 109.  The women's team finished 1st at the tournament.

Central Wyoming College will host it's Spring Tournament this Thursday and Friday at the Riverton Country Club.
