BYU Clarence Robison Invitational

CWC's track and field athletes competed at their 2nd meet of the Spring Season this past weekend at BYU in Provo, UT.  This is one of the top track meets in the nation, as our athletes get the chance to compete against Olympians and D1 and D2 schools.

Parker Jones ran the 800 meters in 1:57.33, just missing the qualifying time for Nationals by 2.5 seconds.  Jared White ran a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:02.4 and teammate, Brayden Kovick, ran the 1 mile with a time of 4:48.

"This was a great experience for our kids.  This meet will definitiely be on our schedule next year," said Coach Lara.

The CWC track team will compete at the Air Force Twilight Open on Friday, May 3rd in Colorado Springs, CO.
