Rustlers 0-2 at Sheridan Tournament

It was a tough weekend for the Lady Rustlers losing two games back to back at the Sheridan Tournament over the weekend. The Lady Rustlers lost to Western Nebraska Community College and the Wyoming All-Stars, making their overall record 6-8.

The Rustlers fell short against Western Nebraska losing 101 to 72. The Lady Rustlers had five people in double digits over the weekend. Rylee Burmester was the leading scorer with 15 points and 6 rebounds.  Behind Rylee were teammates Kiana Walker with 12 points, Marissa Arnold with 11 points and 6 rebounds, and Essy Latu and Paulani Tarawa bothwith 11 points.

It was a close game Saturday against the Wyoming All-Stars, but the Rustlers feel short, losing 61 to 58 . The leading scorers were Paulani Tarawa with 19 points and 6 rebounds and Essy Latu with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
