Addy Wagner, Ranch Horse

Congratulations to Addy Wagner for being chosen as one of the Central Wyoming College Athletes of the Week!

Addy is a sophomore on the Rustler Ranch Horse team. Addy hails from Westhope, North Dakota, and came to CWC to study new media but also plans to pursue a business degree. With these qualifications, Addy has her sights set on a career in marketing with a focus on the agricultural and equine world.

Addy's favorite things about Wyoming are the views and the people. At her high school, she was involved with the FFA, FCCLA, and 4-H, but here at CWC, Addy is the secretary of the Ag and Equine Club, and is also involved with CWC's National Society of Leadership and Success chapter.

From Head CWC Ranch Horse Coach Jori Skaggs on her nomination of Wagner, "[Addy] goes above and beyond for the team. She is extremely reliable and I can always count on Addy to get tasks done. She has never missed a day of practice and is always at least 30 minutes early to warm up her horse. She has also been a great helping hand to the team. Whether its helping other students get their horses warmed up while they have class, or simply bringing her camera to practice to help take pictures for social media, Addy is a great role model for the team, and she pours her heart and soul into this team."
