Congratulations to Heidi Shade for being chosen as the Central Wyoming College Student-Athlete of the Week!

Heidi is a freshman on the Rustler livestock judging team. Heidi is originally from Lander, Wyoming, and came to CWC to study Equine Science. She'd like to apply her education to a future career as a veterinary technician. Heidi participates in FFA, 4-H, Ag & Equine Club and Fremont County Swing Dance, and enjoys hunting, fishing and riding horses in her spare time.

Head CWC Livestock Judging Coach Amanda Winchester had this to say about her nomination of Shade: "Heidi has jumped in to livestock judging this fall. She has great natural skills that will help her be very successful in livestock judging and in life."
