CWC Men’s Basketball Players Moving On
The men's basketball team is coming off an 18-12 season that saw them finish in the top half of Region 9. Since the season got over in March, the coaching staff shifted its focus to finding four-year programs for the group of second-year players in the program. "Over the past four months, Coach Harrison, myself, and the players have been extremely active in reaching out to programs across the country with the hopes of finding new programs for our guys. It took longer than we had hoped, but new programs for the guys have been found," quoted Coach Schmit.

The individual players moving on from the Central Wyoming men's basketball program include:

Niieihii Black-The University of Science and Arts (USAO) in Chickasha, OK (NAIA)

Jaren Miller-Avila University in Kansas City, MO (NAIA).

Trey Simms-Sterling College in Sterling, KS (NAIA)

Kayden Toldson-The University of Montana Western in Dillon, MT (NAIA)

"Each one of these student-athletes impacted our program and our community. They will be valuable members of their new programs. I cannot wait to follow their seasons!" Coach Schmit stated.
