Central's distance track team ran in its first spring track meet over the weekend.  Jayden Yates, Kameron Brough and Gabe Villalobos ran the 1500 meter race in Billings, MT at the MSUB Invite.  

There were a total of 18 runners in the 1500 meter race.  Sophomore, Jayden Yates, would be the first Rustler to cross the finish line in 9th place with a time of 4:22.  Kameron Brough finished 15th (4:33) and Gabe Villalobos finished 16th (4:34).  Wilson Jackson from Rocky Mountain College took first place in the race with a time of 4:06.  A total of six schools and many unattached runners competed at the meet.

Up Next:  Distance Track will head to Billings, MT again on April 1st.
