Kallee Cook of the Central Wyoming cross country team competed at the NJCAA divison one national championship on November 9 at Pole Green Park in Richmond, Virginia. Cook ran a season personal record of 20:56, and placed 124th out of over 200 participants. 

She had previously placed third at the Region IX cross country race on October 26 in Alamosa, Colorado. 2023 NJCAA Cross Country National Champion Trinidad College was in attendance, as well as Southeast Nebraska Community College. Cook received All-Region recognition for her performance.
